Choose from an array of restaurants: La Fontana featuring Italian specialties; Ocean Terrace for fresh buffet service; The Palms Beach Grill, Restaurant + Bar oceanfront venue for Caribbean specialties by lunch and transforming into Cantina Paradiso, a dining venue featuring Mexican cuisine by evening; The Village Tavern highlighting pub-style food and entertainment at the heart of Maho Village and Jing’s Kitchen offering Asian fare cuisine. An array of bars are also included at the resort including the popular Oasis Pool Swim Up Bar.
Throughout the day, guests can grab snacks, pastries, tea and java-to-go at Maho Café or deliciously handcrafted slices at Pizzeria Napoli to satisfy mid-day and late-night cravings. The Village Tavern is also available for late-night bites.

Ocean Terrace Restaurant
Ocean Terrace offers a wide variety of buffet items for breakfast, lunch and dinner including hot and cold dishes, soups, fresh fruits and salads, a made-to-order omelet and pasta station as well as culinary theme nights throughout the week. The restaurant features a dedicated kids station with child-friendly favorites. Dine al fresco on the large outdoor terrace or inside the air-conditioned restaurant.

The Palms Beach Grill by day / Cantina Paradiso by night
Experience the best of two worlds at The Palms Beach Grill, Restaurant + Bar. Join us for an oceanfront lunch featuring Caribbean grill specialties, then indulge in a refined evening at Cantina Paradiso, our Mexican dining venue. Delight in meticulously prepared, authentic Mexican dishes that will tantalize your palate and elevate your dining experience by the sea.

La Fontana Restaurant
Located on via Maho, just after Pizzeria Napoli, at the heart of the lively piazza near the famous gazebo that overlooks Maho Bay,
La Fontana is a popular meeting point to enjoy refreshments such as soft drinks, frozen drinks and international cocktails or to enjoy sunset while sipping on an aperitivo before dinner.

Jing’s Kitchen
Located upstairs in Maho Village, Jing’s Kitchen serves Asian fare in a contemporary chic yet vibrant environment.
The atmosphere blends elaborate hand-painted murals decorating the walls with understated elegance that sets the tone for a casual chic vibe.

Pizzeria Napoli
Offers handcrafted, made-to-order pizza slices hot from a traditional pizza oven served with fresh ingredients.
Napoli is located on via Maho next to Ocean Terrace and serves throughout the day satisfying even those mid-day and evening on-the-go cravings.
Maho Café
This charming and convenient all-day Maho Café located in the lobby offers an array of morning and afternoon pick-me-ups including herbal teas, coffees, fresh pastries, and snacks including hot and cold sandwiches.

Group Dining Policies
At Sonesta Resorts St. Maarten, we recognize that sharing a meal with family and friends is an important part of creating lasting vacation memories, especially when celebrating special occasions. To help ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests, please review the following Group Dining Policies, which are designed to:
- Provide a comfortable atmosphere
- Minimize wait times
- Support the attentive service our guests expect and deserve
- Guests wishing to further enhance their dining experience may inquire about our specialty Lobster Dinner offerings or selections from the Manager’s Wine List.

Groups of Up to 10 Guests
- Reservations are not required for parties of up to 10 guests.
- Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to restaurant availability.
- For the greatest seating flexibility and the shortest wait times, we recommend arriving before 6:15 PM, when restaurants typically have the most availability.
Groups of 11 to 20 Guests
- Groups of 11 to 20 guests require dedicated service staff and will be offered a pre-selected set menu. Parties will be accommodated on separate tables within the same dining area.
- Reservations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Available set menu options will be provided at the time of booking.
- To maintain service standards for all guests, only one group of this size may be accommodated per restaurant, per evening.
- Group reservations must arrive at the restaurant no later than 6:15 PM. Later dining times cannot be accommodated.
- Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
- To request a reservation or obtain additional information, please contact our Food & Beverage team at GroupDining@sonestastmaarten.com.
Groups of 21 to 29 Guests
- Groups of 21 to 29 guests can only be accommodated at Ocean Terrace Restaurant. Parties will be seated on separate tables within the same dining area.
- Reservations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
- To ensure the best possible dining experience for all guests, only one group of this size may be accommodated each evening.
- Group reservations must arrive at the restaurant no later than 6:15 PM. Later dining times cannot be accommodated.
- Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Groups of 30 or More Guests
- Groups of 30 or more guests must be booked as a private function and cannot be accommodated within the regular restaurant dining areas.
- A variety of private event venues, menu options, and customized dining experiences are available.

Bars & Lounges
Oasis Swim-Up Bar
At the resort end of Sonesta Maho Beach Resort’s large signature swimming pool, Oasis, visit the swim-up bar and listen to live entertainment. For-all-ages, the Oasis Bar also features Teeny Tiki, a dedicated service area just for kids to grab their favorite refreshments and get back to having fun under the sun or on the slides.
The Palms Beach Grill, Restaurant + Bar
This ocean front favorite in Palms Grill and adjacent to the beach and Waterfront Stage serves a collection of Caribbean cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks during lunch, dinner and beach time.
