Azul Restaurant
The signature Azul Restaurant sits at the edge of a cliff overlooking Maho Bay, boasting impressive architecture allowing for sweeping views of the crystalline blue waters.
Exclusive to Sonesta Ocean Point Resort guests, Azul Restaurant tantalizes every palate and offers a delighting dining experience with seasonal ingredients, fresh vegetables and grilled selections — enhanced and complemented by the restaurant’s international wine list. A further selection of fine wines is available at an additional charge.
Azul Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering guests an all-day fine dining experience. In-room dining is available with 24-hour room service.

Bluefin Restaurant + Bar
Located above Azul Restaurant boasting the best front row seats of the sea, neighboring islands and Sint Maarten’s stunning sunsets, this convivial social venue is exclusive to Sonesta Ocean Point Resort guests serving a variety of light bites and libations, making this your go-to spot to experience the island’s famed golden hour.
By night, enjoy a healthy, poke-inspired culinary concept using sustainable sourced fish and flavorful ingredients that will enhance this Caribbean splendor.
Choose from specialty and build-your-own bowls for a simple, fresh, and delicious dinner option at Bluefin Restaurant + Bar.

Reminiscent of the charming coastal gem in Italy that is Portofino, this intimate al fresco dining venue overlooking the glistening Maho Bay, offers a modem interpretation of classic Northern Italian specialties set in a nostalgic and romantic Caribbean setting.
Exclusively for Sonesta Ocean Point Resort guests, Portofino is open for dinner only with an à la carte, five course menu.

Group Dining Policies
At Sonesta Resorts St. Maarten, we recognize that sharing a meal with family and friends is an important part of creating lasting vacation memories, especially when celebrating special occasions. To help ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests, please review the following Group Dining Policies, which are designed to:
- Provide a comfortable atmosphere
- Minimize wait times
- Support the attentive service our guests expect and deserve
- Guests wishing to further enhance their dining experience may inquire about our specialty Lobster Dinner offerings or selections from the Manager’s Wine List.

Groups of Up to 10 Guests
- Reservations are not required for parties of up to 10 guests.
- Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to restaurant availability.
- For the greatest seating flexibility and the shortest wait times, we recommend arriving before 6:15 PM, when restaurants typically have the most availability.
Groups of 11 to 20 Guests
- Groups of 11 to 20 guests require dedicated service staff and will be offered a pre-selected set menu. Parties will be accommodated on separate tables within the same dining area.
- Reservations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Available set menu options will be provided at the time of booking.
- To maintain service standards for all guests, only one group of this size may be accommodated per restaurant, per evening.
- Group reservations must arrive at the restaurant no later than 6:15 PM. Later dining times cannot be accommodated.
- Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
- To request a reservation or obtain additional information, please contact our Food & Beverage team at GroupDining@sonestastmaarten.com.
Groups of 21 to 29 Guests
- Groups of 21 to 29 guests can only be accommodated at Ocean Terrace Restaurant. Parties will be seated on separate tables within the same dining area.
- Reservations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
- To ensure the best possible dining experience for all guests, only one group of this size may be accommodated each evening.
- Group reservations must arrive at the restaurant no later than 6:15 PM. Later dining times cannot be accommodated.
- Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Groups of 30 or More Guests
- Groups of 30 or more guests must be booked as a private function and cannot be accommodated within the regular restaurant dining areas.
- A variety of private event venues, menu options, and customized dining experiences are available.

Martin’s Bar
Custom-designed furnishings, plantation-farmed wood accents, and carefully thought-out lighting and art make this lobby bar an ideal place to unwind after traveling. Seascape Swim-Up Pool Bar
