Age Guidelines for Fitness Activities
Fitness Classes (Yoga, HIIT, Kickboxing, Pilates etc.): Participants must be at least 14 years old to attend any fitness classes. Exceptions may be considered for younger participants engaged in organized sports, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Outdoor Activities (Walks, Bootcamp, Run etc.):
Outdoor activities are restricted to adults only; no participants under the age of 18 are permitted.
Please adhere to these age guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and participants.
Exceptions to these policies must be approved by management in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.
