Entry Requirements for Visitors to Sint Maarten

All visitors must present a valid passport upon entry, which should remain valid for the entire duration of your stay.

If you are traveling with a passport from a visa-required country, you will also need a valid visa sticker in your passport. In this case, your passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your intended stay.

Check-In Information & Incidental Hold Policy

Standard Check-In Time is 4:00 PM.

Please note that a $50 per night hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in (whether online or in person). This is not an actual charge, but a temporary hold to cover any incidental expenses during your stay. Any unused amount will be released after check-out. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–7 business days for the funds to return to your account.

When you arrive at the resort, you will need to:

• Present your passport or national ID
• Pick up your wristband
• Sign the Guest Conduct policy
• Receive important resort information together with your welcome drink

Valid Identification Required at Check-In

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. Accepted forms of ID include a passport or national identification card.

Early Check-In Policy

Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Guests may access their room before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM if the room is ready upon arrival. To guarantee early check-in, we recommend booking the night prior to your arrival.

If your room is not yet available, you are welcome to check in, securely store your luggage at the front desk, and begin enjoying the resort’s amenities, including our food and beverage outlets.

Check-Out Information & Late Check-Out Policy

Standard Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM.

Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee, inclusive of taxes and fees. Fees vary based on the requested check-out time. Check-outs after 3:00 PM will be charged the full nightly rate.

Guests with later flights are welcome to remain on the property and enjoy the resort’s amenities until 3:00 PM on the day of departure.
