Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest level of service and preparation for your exclusive Candlelight Dinner experience, we kindly ask that the following policies be observed.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Late Arrival
Guests arriving 30 minutes or more after their confirmed reservation time will be considered a “No Show,” and the full amount paid will be charged.
Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, guests will receive a full refund unless the reservation is rescheduled to a mutually agreed upon date and time. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (cash or credit card).
Dress Code — Resort Elegant
To preserve the refined ambiance of the evening, we kindly request the following attire:
Ladies: Dress, skirt and blouse, or elegant pantsuit.
Gentlemen: Collared shirt with dress shorts or long trousers.
The following attire is not permitted: swimwear, ripped jeans, sleeveless shirts for men, headwear, athletic wear, cargo pants, flip-flops, or t-shirts. Proper shoes or sandals are required at all times.
