Cantina Paradiso, now open at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino & Spa, offers a Mexican-inspired outdoor dining experience and is available for guests of both properties. Led by the resorts’ creative culinary lead, Chef Francisco Almonte, the restaurant welcomes guests to enjoy the rich flavors of Mexican Caribbean cuisine for dinner. Signature dishes include sizzling beef tacos, burritos, ceviche, churros and rice pudding, in addition to a customizable nacho bar. Chef Francisco’s personal favorite, the beef tacos, promises an authentic taste to merge the flavors of the two regions in the relaxed setting that embodies the coastal surroundings.
